What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

30-Day Return Policy
Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TREKFAR roof tent. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email us at warranty@trekfar.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Include clear photos showing the defect or damage.
Claim Review
Our warranty team will review your claim within 48 hours. We may request additional photos or information to properly assess the issue.
Resolution
Once approved, we'll ship replacement parts (typically within 3-5 business days) or arrange for tent replacement or repair. Most issues are resolved with simple part replacement that you can install yourself with our guidance.
