What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • ✕ Improper installation or mounting
  • ✕ Accidents, collisions, or vehicle damage
  • ✕ Modifications or alterations to the tent
  • ✕ Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • ✕ Fire, theft, or vandalism
  • ✕ UV fade or discoloration from sun exposure
  • ✕ Damage from improper storage or cleaning

Return Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TREKFAR roof tent. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Tent must be in new, unused condition
All original packaging and accessories included
No signs of installation or mounting
15% restocking fee applies
Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Once approved, we'll ship replacement parts (typically within 3-5 business days) or arrange for tent replacement or repair. Most issues are resolved with simple part replacement that you can install yourself with our guidance.
