Order Processing: 1-2 Business Days
Once your order is placed, we carefully inspect and prepare your roof tent for shipment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
In Transit: 3-5 Business Days (Standard)
Your tent travels via freight carrier to your location. Track your shipment in real-time using the tracking number provided. The carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient time.
Delivery: Signature Required
Due to the value and size of roof tents, a signature is required at delivery. The freight carrier will deliver to your curbside or first dry location. Inspect the package for any visible damage before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt.

Important Delivery Information
Freight Delivery Process
Curbside Delivery: The freight carrier will deliver your roof tent to the curbside or first dry location (garage, covered porch). They are not required to bring it inside your home.
Appointment Required: The carrier will call 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Inspection: Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it immediately.
Signature Required: An adult signature is required for all deliveries. Please plan accordingly.
Tracking Your Order
Email Notifications: You'll receive automatic email updates when your order ships, when it's out for delivery, and when it's been delivered.
Track Online: Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time through the carrier's website.

Packaging & Dimensions
All TREKFAR roof tents are shipped in protective packaging designed to withstand freight handling. The package includes foam padding, corner protectors, and a weather-resistant outer wrap.

Special Shipping Situations
PO Boxes Not Accepted
Due to the size and weight of roof tents, we cannot ship to PO boxes. A physical street address is required for freight delivery.
Business Addresses
Deliveries to businesses are often faster and easier. If shipping to a business, please include the business name and hours of operation in the delivery notes.
Rural or Remote Addresses
Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take additional time (1-3 extra days) and may incur additional fees. These will be calculated at checkout.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact our support team before ordering for special shipping arrangements and timing estimates.
