Delivery methods

Rooftop tents

Our rooftop tents are large and heavy items, so we use a specialist delivery service to ensure safe handling.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will be able to select a delivery date that suits you. You will also receive email and text updates with tracking information and delivery status.

Delivery is free of charge for all rooftop tents within mainland UK.

Delivery times

  • England, Scotland & Wales (Mainland UK): 3–7 business days*
  • UK Islands: Up to 14 business days*
  • Northern Ireland: Up to 14 business days*

*Delivery times are estimates based on typical service levels and are not guaranteed. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend not making campsite or travel bookings until your order has been delivered.

Important delivery information

Please check your item before accepting delivery.

Inspect the packaging and the product upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the item, please:

  • Take clear photographs
  • Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Cancellation & returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item(s) for a refund.

TREKFAR LTD offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

If you have already arranged a delivery date and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancelling before dispatch or delivery will help speed up the refund process.

Returning items

For rooftop tents, we can arrange collection through our delivery partner. A collection fee of up to £150 may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • If you cancel before delivery, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • If you return the item yourself, your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item, or receiving proof that it has been returned.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Exchanges

We may be able to offer exchanges for rooftop tents.

To request an exchange, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the item you wish to exchange

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition
  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Collections

Due to the size and weight of our rooftop tents, delivery via our specialist courier is usually the most practical option.

However, if you would prefer to collect your order, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment. We may be able to facilitate collection either during your visit or at a later agreed time.
